For the third consecutive year, Vivanuncios, eBay’s real estate page, held the award ceremony for Real Estate Awards, recognizing the best of the real estate industry in Mexico.
The Gala took place at the San Hipólito former convent in Mexico City, it gathered more than 500 people and awarded 20 different categories. As Desarrolladora de Ciudad we were the recipients of two recognitions.

The Association of Real Estate Developers (ADI) recognized the project “Paseo 136” by Quiero Casa with third place in the category of Midsize Residential Housing, for its integration of concept, design, contribution to the city, and recuperation of urban environment, among other parameters.

Pepe will represent our country in the EY World Entrepreneur of the Year 2019 and along with 60 winners from other countries will share its history of success.
The Leaders in Concrete Award, given by the group Editorial En Concreto, seeks to be one of the most important prizes in the sector, recognizing the work quality of different actors in construction, real estate, and housing. In 2018, it was awarded to Pepe Shabot, president and founder of Quiero Casa.
Federal Mortgage Corporation, during the “Sustainable Financing: Building the Future 2018” Forum, recognized Quiero Casa for its commitment and work vision for sustainability by joining the program ECOCASA, incorporating eco-technologies that allow for better utilization of natural resources.
For the second time, Quiero Casa received the National Housing Award, in the category Average Interest Housing. The award was given this time to Quiero Casa’s project Paseo 136, as recognition for its recovery work for a historic building.
